On April 20, our school held a video training session on epidemic prevention and control education. All school leaders and heads of departments attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Vice President, Qi Chonglin, first informed the school epidemic prevention and control situation and work. The school is under closed management and the residents are in a stable condition. The epidemic situation of teachers and students in the whole school was mapped out, and the daily health report system was implemented for teachers and students, so that the health situation of teachers and students in the whole school was made clear.

Qin Yu, Director of the Epidemic Prevention and Control Office, led the participants to carefully study the recently issued technical plan for COVID-19 prevention and control of universities (the fifth edition), the emergency response plan for the campus of Silicon Lake Vocational and Technical College and the knowledge of epidemic prevention and control. Through learning, the participants strengthened their ideological understanding, clarified their working standards, and improved their emergency response ability.

Vice President Qi conveyed the spirit of Ge Daokai's speech at the provincial education system epidemic prevention and control work dispatch meeting, and the school epidemic prevention and control training was deployed. He asked secondary departments, especially the Students’ Affairs Office, Personnel Office and Logistics Office, to organize training for students, faculty and property management staff.

Zeng Yongqin, the executive president, asked the participants to carefully study the spirit of the national and provincial epidemic prevention and control documents, strictly abide by the requirements of the region, and implement the requirements of the superior and the school on epidemic prevention and control deployment in place. She also reminded everyone to do a good job in the health and emotional management of themselves and the team, to keep working and studying with a strong body and optimistic attitude, to help each other smoothly through this difficult period, and to maximize the results of study, work and life.

In the evening, members of the university's epidemic prevention and control leading group, heads of departments, and members of working groups attended an online training on COVID-19 prevention and control in schools and nurseries jointly organized by the provincial Health Commission and the provincial Department of Education.
